Feasibility Analysis Planning & Design Project Management Program Training
Four steps to successful communities. Decent, affordable housing is the essential platform on which people can rebuild their lives. The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority states that the lack of affordable housing is due to a lack of a housing delivery system. Local and national housing agencies assist with financing, defining the need for and managing local housing projects. To accomplish their housing goals they must rely on for-profit planning, design and construction companies. Although these companies are highly capable of providing the desired housing, they cannot provide it at the cost needed to make the housing affordable and still meet the agencies’ requirements. Bayridge’s housing and community development program streamlines the scope of work required and makes affordable housing a reality.

FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS - the major factors facing the development of any project are: (1) is the property suitable, (2) how much will the project cost and (3) how much time will it take to complete. The feasibility analysis process is significantly reduced using Bayridge’s totally integrated community planning and development program. ↑TOP OF PAGE |

PROJECT TRAINING - The Bayridge community development and housing program is designed so that other groups can use it. The design of the production building and all production equipment is flexible enough to accommodate most any housing design style. This flexibility allows builders to construct housing that meets the needs of any cultural group around the world. We will train key personnel at our Colorado facility so they can set up and implement a similar program in their own countries. Each local community planning and housing development program can then train those in other communities and pass along the knowledge and know-how. ↑TOP OF PAGE |
